Aminess Hospitality Group is part of the Aminess Group, a tourism story that began back in 1967. Today, as one of the leading and fastest-growing tourism companies in Croatia, under its brand Aminess Hotels & Resorts, it operates a total of 33 properties across 12 different destinations, combining a long-standing tradition with an innovative approach to modern hospitality.

Our hotels, campsites, and resorts are located and operate in Istria, on the islands of Krk and Pag, in Karlovac, Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski, Opatija, Makarska, on the islands of Hvar, Brač, and Korčula, as well as on the Pelješac Peninsula.

Our story

With a rich tradition dating back to 1967, Aminess Hospitality Group develops its umbrella brand, Aminess Hotels & Resorts, across twelve attractive Adriatic destinations. Through an innovative approach and top-quality service, it shapes a holiday experience tailored to the modern traveler.

OUR KEY YEARS

  • 1967.

    Our story begins, with the opening of the first facility, the Emonia Hotel in Novigrad

  • 1986.

    The company completes its investment cycle in Novigrad with the opening of the Aminess Maestral Hotel alongside the previously opened Aminess Laguna Hotel and the Aminess Maravea Camping Resort (ex Kamp Mareda) and Aminess Sirena Campsite campsites

  • 1994.

    The Company was converted into a joint stock company and an initial public offering of the Company was conducted on the Zagreb Stock Exchange

  • 2011.

    Takeover of the Feral Hotel (now Aminess Lume Hotel) on the island of Korčula

  • 2014.

    Takeover of the Grand Hotel Orebić (today Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel) on the Pelješac peninsula

  • 2016.

    The company launches its new brand Aminess Hotels & Campsites (now Aminess Hotels & Resorts)

  • 2020.

    The company is expanding its portfolio on the island of Krk – Magal Hotel by Aminess, Veya Hotel by Aminess, Aminess Gaia Green Villas and Aminess Atea Camping Resort

  • 2021.

    The company takes over the management of a new hotel in Makarska – Aminess Khalani Hotel

  • 2024.

    Opening of the new five-star Aminess Avalona Camping Resort on the island of Pag

    Operational management of new properties – Aminess Lišanj Family Hotel (Novi Vinodolski), Mediteran Hotel by Aminess (Crikvenica) and Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel (Crikvenica)

    Operational management of new properties – Aminess Velaris Resort (island of Brač) and Aminess Senses Resort (island of Hvar)

    Renovation of the Aminess Atea Camping Resort on the island of Krk into a luxury 5* campsite – Aminess Style Camping Atea Resort

  • 2025.

    Expansion of operations to the islands of Hvar and Brač – operational management of two new properties: Aminess Senses Resort 4* (Hvar) and Aminess Vival Velaris Resort 4* (Brač)

    By the end of 2025, expansion to the 11th destination (Opatija) is announced with a new property, Aminess Younique Vollo Hotel Residences

  • 2026.

    HTP Korčula d.d. and HTP Orebić d.d. are officially merged into Aminess d.d.

    Further expansion of the portfolio on Korčula: Aminess Alfir Hotel 4*

    Expansion of operations to the twelfth destination, Karlovac: Aminess Kadoor Hotel 4* and Aminess Florian & Godler Hotel 4*
